A back relax apparatus in accordance with the present invention is disclosed. The back relax apparatus comprises a bendable generally cylindrically shaped plastic container. The bendable flexible plastic container may be bent arbitrarily into several positions to contact different parts of a persons back for performing a back massage as is well known in the physical therapy arts.
