PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens having a possibility capable of focusing the eyes according to a distance to an object.SOLUTION: A support section 2 for supporting a lens section 3 in an intraocular lens 1 in the eye includes, for example, tip portions 40 at tips of four leg sections 4. The tip portion 40 has a shape, for example, bending from the tip of the leg section 4, and a side far from the lens section 3 is defined as a lateral end face 42 having a square (rectangular) shape or the like. The intraocular lens 1 is transplanted in an eye in such a manner that the lateral end face 42 comes into plane contact with a partial area of a site from the ciliary body to the back side of the iris.
