A device for human body rotation test includes an adjustment unit that rectifies stand position of feet, a measuring unit mounted on the adjustment unit, and an electronic control unit. The measuring unit includes a rail, and a sliding block slidable along the rail according to rotation of the human body. The electronic control unit has a range finder for measuring sliding distance of sliding block, and a controller to receive the aforementioned measuring result and to calculate flexibility of the human body at a percentile ranking, and a display which is connected electrically to the controller to display relevant information.
