PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely estimate the contained resource quantity of a substrate.SOLUTION: A contained resource quantity estimation device 10 includes: an image acquisition part 11, that acquires an image of a substrate with an IC mounted thereon; an image processing part 14, that detects a rectangular area and a region of a pin containing the IC region from the image; and a component classifying part 15, that analyzes the color of any one of the four corners of the rectangular area when the IC does not have the pin and when the size of the rectangular area of the IC is not smaller than a predetermined value with reference to the detection result and that classifies the type of the IC into an IC of an octagon without a pin when the region has two colors and classifies the type of the IC into an IC of a square without a pin when the region does not have two colors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
