The present invention relates to a position maintaining apparatus for airway management of an emergency patient, and more specifically, to a position maintaining apparatus for airway management of a patient wherein the position maintaining apparatus comprises segmented segment portions located at the head, cervical vertebrae, and thoracic vertebrae parts of a patient, and each of the segment portions are angulated.
