A protrusion part 41 is formed by the surface constituent element 3. The protuberant part 41, where the lateral space of a rising base end is large in the front and the back and a height size is low, is easy to adhere tightly to the circumference of a vagina and a coccyx. In an anus opposite part and the back, the protrusion part 41 where the lateral space of the rising base end is narrow and the height size is formed high is easy to adhere tightly to the groove of a gluteal cleft part and so on.
