Cell and tissue dyes derived from Papaver Loeis are formulated incorporating a new bioflavonoid that specifically stains the nucleus for microscopic evaluation in histopathology, microbiology and cytology. It appears to be an alternative to hematoxylin for daily use. Biochemical name of this compound; tetrahydro-3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-yloksil) methyl) 2H-pyran-2,3,4,5-tetraol) -4 -Methoxyphenyl) -7-methoxy-4H-chromen-4-one. NMR analysis indicates that the biochemical structure of the molecule is a bioflavonoid. (FIGS. 4 and 5). Molecules within the Papaver Loeis penetrate biological and non-biological samples along with synergistic and other molecules. In combination with other synergistic mechanisms, a dye formulation is prepared. The amount and type of mordant and pH are parameters that affect the quality and timing of the dyeing results. Papaver Loaeth prescriptions are prepared for routine use, especially for the examination of diagnostic tissues in laboratories and hospitals. Worldwide, millions of biological samples are reviewed for surgical preparations and biological samples are stained for diagnosis. Hematoxylin tissue dyes are used routinely and are made from a tree called Akaminoki (logwood), a component of the world's tropical rainforest. Each year, 3000 logwood trees and fields are destroyed ($ 15 billion / year) to produce approximately 1200 tons of powdered hematoxylin and 70,000 tons of liquid hematoxylin. Papavel Royce provides effective and specific dyes that make the nucleus stand out. Apart from the obvious economic contribution, Papaver Roace grows widely and can be easily harvested and produced. Papaver Loace formulas can also have an ecological impact on the planet and can therefore be an important and valuable industrial product.
