PURPOSE: A gemcitabine composition and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to ensure long-term physicochemical stability at room temperature, to store in a solution state, to easily manufacture and store without a freeze-drying process, and to save unnecessary medical expense. CONSTITUTION: A gemcitabine composition contains a gemcitabine solution containing gemcitabine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof dissolved in an aqueous solvent. The pH of the gemcitabine solution is adjusted to 8.0-9.0. The gemcitabine solution does not contain an organic solvent. A method for stabilizing the gemcitabine solution comprises: a step of preparing the gemcitabine solution； and a step of adjusting pH of the gemcitabine solution to 8.0-9.0.pH가 조절된 젬시타빈 수용액을 포함하여 상온에서 장시간 동안 안정성이 보장되는 젬시타빈 조성물, 상기 조성물을 기본단위 용기 및 보조단위 용기에 분량하여 포함하는 의약 패키지, 및 그 제조 방법이 제공된다.
