The present invention relates to a false tooth polishing pad for a patient and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention is an improvement on configurations according to the related art, which use limited materials. According to the present invention, continuous polishing can be performed even without abrasive and moisture supply. In addition, the soft base material of the present invention ensures a free change in form in response to the shape or curvature of a target false tooth, and thus the present invention can be used without limitations at various recessed and protruding parts of the false tooth, which results in the maximization of polishing efficiency. According to the present invention, the outer surface of a nylon nonwoven fabric- or synthetic resin-based polishing pad (10) is coated with silicon (1), the silicon permeates and is absorbed into the polishing pad by means of compression pressing by a press (20), and silicon coating is performed on the inside and outside of the polishing pad.본 발명은 소재로 일관하던 기존 구성으로부터 적극 개선하여 연마제와 수분의 공급 없이도 지속적인 폴리싱 가공을 가능하게 할 뿐 아니라 자체 보유한 소프트(soft) 기질에 의해 대상 의치의 형상 또는 굴곡에 대응한 자유로운 형태 변형이 허용됨에 따라 의치의 함몰된 부위는 물론 돌출된 다양한 부위에 제한됨이 없이 사용 가능할 수 있으므로 연마 효율성이 극대화 유도되는 환자용 의치 폴리싱 패드 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 나일론 부직포 내지 합성수지를 소재로 한 연마용 수세미(10) 외면으로 실리콘(1)이 도포되고, 프레스(20)에 의한 압축 가압으로 실리콘을 연마용 수세미 내부로 침투 및 흡수시켜 연마용 수세미 내외부에 실리콘을 코팅 처리하여서 구성된다.
