The present invention provides a braces cover which can protect a mouth of a wearer more safely, and comfortably by covering both protruded sides engaged to a bracket, and also tightly fixing braces by gripping teeth when performing an orthodontic treatment. To this end, the braces cover of the present invention includes: a body unit having a structure of a cover shape covering braces in front of teeth； and an engaging unit engaged to both sides of a wire in the braces by being positioned at both ends of the body unit.
