PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral mower capable of mowing with obstacles such as roadside trees, poles and a stone fence, reducing the scatter of pebbles because of a low rotating speed, and recovering reaped grass etc. at the same time.SOLUTION: A driving shaft 7 is rotated through an electric motor or an oil engine, and rotation is transmitted to a gear 4 fixed to the driving shaft 7 and transmitted by a gear 5 fixed to a rotary cylinder 3 to rotate a spirally wound rotary blade 1.
