PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous intervertebral foramen extension treatment method according to intervertebral foramen ligament resection, and to provide a treatment tool used for the method.SOLUTION: A percutaneous intervertebral foramen extension treatment method according to intervertebral foramen ligament resection comprises the steps of: examining a ligament on the periphery of an intervertebral foramen determining a position through which a trocar is inserted according to the ligament structure inserting the trocar toward a target point in an incision part through the skin of the intervertebral foramen adjacent part inserting the trocar into a cannula, and then leaving the trocar to secure a space for inserting a subsequent tool inserting an end mill into the cannula and making cuts in the ligament adhered to a vertebra intervertebral joint by rotating the end mill, and peeling off the ligament in the intervertebral foramen leaving the end mill, then inserting a curette, peeling off ligament, with cuts, adhered to the vertebra intervertebral joint, scraping off the residues to extend the size of the intervertebral foramen inserting a catheter into the intervertebral foramen, allowing a chemical agent to be transmitted to periphery nerve branches inducing pain, and discharging the chemical agent and the inflammatory substances inherent in the spinal canal and the intervertebral foramen.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】椎間孔靭帯切除術による経皮的椎間孔拡張施術方法、および施術道具を提供する。【解決手段】椎間孔周辺の靭帯を調べるステップと、靭帯構造に合わせトロカールの挿入位置を決定するステップと、椎間孔隣接部の皮膚を通し切開部の目標地点に向けトロカールを挿入するステップと、トロカールをカニューレに挿入した後、トロカールを離脱させ後発の道具を挿入する空間を確保するステップと、カニューレにエンドミルを挿入し、エンドミルを回しながら脊椎椎間関節に付着する靭帯に傷をつけ椎間孔内で剥離させるステップと、エンドミルの離脱後、キュレットを挿入し、脊椎椎間関節に付着した傷のついた靭帯を剥離し、残留物を掻き落とし椎間孔の大きさを拡張するステップと、椎間孔にカテーテルを挿入し、痛みを誘発する神経枝周辺部に化学的物質を伝達させた後、化学的物質と脊椎管および椎間孔に内在する炎症性物質を排出するステップとを含む構成とする。【選択図】図6
