PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensate recovering device capable of effectively recovering condensate and securing a liquid quantity required for measuring concentrations.SOLUTION: The condensate recovering device 20 has: a rotating body 22 that makes the condensate constituted by condensing decontaminating gas stick to the surface of the same when stopping and scatters the condensate sticking to the surface when rotating and a recovering section 23 receiving and recovering the condensate scattered from the rotating body when rotating.
