Disclosed are a muscular dystrophy therapeutic agent using pluripotent stem cells obtained from dental pulp, and a method for producing the same. This muscular dystrophy therapeutic agent contains, as an active ingredient, cells derived from pluripotent-stem-cell-enriched human dental pulp, and said cells derived from pluripotent-stem-cell-enriched human dental pulp are produced by a production method including the following steps: (a) a step for adding, in a culture vessel that contains support cells having a suppressed cell proliferation capacity, cells derived from dental pulp in a dental pulp suspension onto a membrane supported within the vessel such that the lower surface thereof is not in contact with the support cells, said membrane having micropores capable of inhibiting the passage of the support cells, and culturing the cells derived from dental pulp on the membrane without bringing these cells into direct contact with the support cells； and (b) a step for recovering cells that have proliferated on the membrane as cells derived from pluripotent-stem-cell-enriched human dental pulp.L'invention concerne un agent thérapeutique pour traiter la dystrophie musculaire employant des cellules souches pluripotentes obtenues à partir de pulpe dentaire, et un procédé pour le produire.
