PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for adjusting pressure capable of applying negative pressure to spaces at two positions at the same time.SOLUTION: The auxiliary tool 1 for adjusting pressure has the first tubular part 10, the first connecting part 20 arranged at one end side of the first tubular part 10 and capable of being connected to an air suction device, branched tubular parts 30 whose proximal end sides are connected to the other end side of the first tubular part 10 and whose distal end sides are branched, and a pair of the second connecting parts 40 arranged at the respective distal end sides of the branched tubular parts 30 and capable of being connected to objects to be sucked. The auxiliary tool 1 for adjusting pressure allows air to pass from the branched tubular part 30 sides to the first tubular part 10 side and preferably has an one-way valve for blocking the flowing of air from the first tubular part side 10 side to the branched tubular part 30 sides.
