The blower section (4) has an air outlet (12) directed forward with respect to an operator. The handle (8, 10, 40) has a grip portion (16) extending in a front-back direction (A) with respect to the operator, a front arm (18, 42) extending from a front portion (16a) of the grip portion (16) to the body (6), and a rear arm (20, 44) extending from a rear portion (16b) of the grip portion (16) to the body (6). The front arm (18, 42) and the rear arm (20, 44) are more flexible in the front-back direction (A) than in directions (B, C) perpendicular to the front-back direction (A).
