Systems and methods that provide fetal imaging. The method includes acquiring ultrasound data for a region of interest by an ultrasound system and calculating a fetal measurement 220 by a processor of the ultrasound system based on the acquired ultrasound data. Measurements may be birth progress measurements, such as progression angle (AOP) measurements, or fetal head-perineal distance measurements. The method further includes creating a graphics model (210) by a processor based on at least one of fetal measurements and acquired ultrasound data. For example, standard or generic modules of structures such as fetuses and uterus can be accessed.
