A device for "treating" gingiva/mucosa at teeth/implants comprises at least one segment comprising a contour surface formed according to an individual geometry of a patients dentition for closely contacting a region of an outer surface of a tooth and an adjacent region of a gingiva, whereas the regions in particular include a sulcus region, a storage and/or supply for a composition including a cleaning agent, a remineralizing composition, and/or a pharmaceutical composition to be applied to the regions of the tooth and the gingiva and a transmission element for transmitting vibrations to the at least one segment.Linvention concerne un dispositif pour le « traitement » de la gencive/des muqueuses au niveau de dents/implants, lequel dispositif comprend au moins un segment comprenant une surface de contour formée selon une géométrie individuelle de la dentition dun patient pour venir en contact étroit avec une région dune surface externe dune dent et une région adjacente dune gencive, tandis que les régions comprennent en particulier une région de sillon, un dispositif de stockage et/ou une source pour une composition comprenant un agent de nettoyage, une composition de re-minéralisation et/ou une composition pharmaceutique à appliquer aux régions de la dent et de la gencive et un élément de transmission pour transmettre des vibrations au segment ou aux segments.
