DC fractions are obtained by the following steps: dissolving ethanol crude extract in ethanol and adding acetone； removing precipitates and concentrating filtrate in order to obtain Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC ethanol-acetone fraction； obtaining water fraction by dissolving the platicoside ethanol-acetone fraction and concentrating water layer by dividing ethylacetate； obtaining butanol fractions by concentrating the butanol layer after separting the water layer from the butanol layer； and isolation purifying the Platycodon grandiflorum A. DC fractions which contain high purity Platicodi Radix platicoside by using reverse phase cartridge chromatography. More than 1micro gram/mL of the Platycodon grandiflorum A. [Reference numerals] (AA,BB) Balloon flower(microgram/ml)본 발명은 프라티코사이드를 고순도로 함유하는 길경 분획물을 유효성분으로 하는 면역활성 및 항암활성 증진용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 길경 에탄올 조추출물을 에탄올에 용해시키고 아세톤을 첨가하여 형성되는 침전물을 제거하고 여액을 농축한 길경 에탄올-아세톤 분획을 에틸아세테이트에 녹인 후 물과 수포화부탄올을 순차적으로 사용하여 분배하여 얻은 길경 부탄올 분획을 에탄올 함유 수용액을 용출용매로 하는 역상(C18) 카트릿지 크로마토그래피에 의해 분리 정제한 프라티코사이드를 고순도로 함유하는 길경 분획물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역활성 및 항암활성 증진용 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 기존과 다른 방법으로 프라티코사이드를 손실없이 고순도로 분리 정제함으로써 분획물 내 길경 프라티코사이드 및 프라티코딘 D가 고순도로 다량 함유되며, 길경 분획물이 농도 의존적으로 산화질소의 발현과 생성을 억제하고, 면역활성의 증진과 항암 및 항종양 활성을 나타내어 관련된 질환의 개선에 보다 효과적인 결과를 기대할 수 있다.
