PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage an exposure amount of each exposure region exposed to radiation.SOLUTION: A medical image processor is a device communicably connected with a storage device storing medical image information having examination information including patient identification information, photographing region information and exposure amount information of each examination. The medical image processor includes storage means and calculation means. The storage means associates and stores exposure region information corresponding to a photographing region and indicating an exposure region more detailed than the photographing region, and exposure amount conversion information for estimating an exposure amount in the exposure region. The calculation means calculates the exposure amount in the exposure region by use of the exposure amount conversion information related to the exposure region corresponding to the photographing region by the photographing region information inside the stored medical image information.【課題】放射線を曝射した曝射部位毎の被曝量を管理すること。【解決手段】実施形態の医用画像処理装置は、患者識別情報、撮影部位情報及び検査毎の被曝量情報を含む検査情報を有した医用画像情報を保管する保管装置と通信可能に接続された装置である。前記医用画像処理装置は、保管手段及び算出手段を備えている。前記保管手段は、撮影部位に対応し、撮影部位より詳細な曝射部位を示す曝射部位情報と、曝射部位における被曝量を推定するための被曝量変換情報とを関連付けて保管する。前記算出手段は、前記保管された医用画像情報内の撮影部位情報による撮影部位に対応した曝射部位に関する被曝量変換情報を用いて、曝射部位における被曝量を算出する。【選択図】図２
