According to example embodiments, a health care method is to perform health care for a person by using a server system. The server system may receive first body information having scanned a body of the person at first point of time by using a 3D scanner, receive second body information having scanned a body of the person at second point of time after the first point of time by using the 3D scanner, compare and analyze the first body information and the second body information, and then output the compared and analyzed result so that the person may check. The present invention can increase user′s satisfaction on health.예시적인 실시예들에 따른 건강관리 방법은 서버 시스템을 사용하여 사람에 대한 건강관리를 수행하는 것으로써, 상기 서버 시스템은 3차원 스캐너를 사용하여 제1 시각에 상기 사람의 신체를 스캐닝한 제1 신체 정보를 수신하고, 상기 3차원 스캐너를 사용하여 상기 제1 시각 이후의 제2 시각에 상기 사람의 신체를 스캐닝한 제2 신체 정보를 수신하고, 상기 제1 신체 정보와 상기 제2 신체 정보를 비교 분석한 후, 상기 비교 분석한 결과를 상기 사람이 확인할 수 있도록 출력하는 것을 수행할 수 있을 것이다.
