PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device for an animal, configured such that the claws of the animal are easy to be hooked to an animal placing face part on which the animal is placed, that pads or the like do not slide, and that the body temperature of the animal can hardly be absorbed.SOLUTION: A medically treating cage 20 includes a door 27 in an opening part of a cage body 21 through hinges 25, 26 to a door support material 24. The medically treating cage 20 is formed with a film 10 on a bottom face part 22 of the cage body 21. The film 10 is formed by applying a resin in a range from the vicinity of a flange part 23 of the bottom face part 22 to the inmost side of the cage body 21, and from a side face part 28 to a side face part 29, and covers a major part of the bottom face part 22.
