An endotracheal tube apparatus with two ports. The first port extends from a patients mouth in a direction substantially in line with the patients oral cavity. The second port extends from a patients mouth in a second direction. An endotracheal tube adapted to be inserted in a patients trachea through the patients mouth, is in fluid communication with the first port and the second port. The second port of the endotracheal tube apparatus may be adapted to be secured to a patients mandible. The endotracheal tube apparatus may have at least two locations for securing the apparatus to a patient.
