PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning/disinfecting device configured to be able to constantly regulate the supply amount of a chemical to a cleaning/disinfecting chamber at a set amount regardless of whether the chemical remains inside a chemical conduit or not.SOLUTION: An endoscope cleaning/disinfecting device includes: a chemical accumulating part 5 a first chemical conduit 11 a pump 7 a second chemical conduit 12 a non-return valve 8 a storage part 15 in which information on an abnormal stop is stored when the pump 7 abnormally stops after driving and a control part 16 which drives the pump 7 in such a manner that the suction amount of a chemical R from the chemical accumulating part 5 is a first amount when the information that the previously used pump 7 abnormally stops is read out from the storage part 15 and drives the pump 7 in such a manner that the suction amount of the chemical R from the chemical accumulating part 5 is a second amount that is less than the first amount when there is no information that is related to the abnormal stop of the pump 7 and is read out from the storage part 15 in driving the pump 7.
