PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus, capable of preventing a breakage of a bearing.SOLUTION: An apparatus includes: a rotator 26 which holds an X-ray tube 21 for emitting X-ray to a subject P being tested and an X-ray detector 22 for detecting X-ray transmitted by the subject P； a bearing 27 which rotatably supports the rotator 26； a state detection unit 30 which detects a state of the bearing 27； and a determination unit 40 which determines the state of the bearing 27 based on the detection result detected by the state detection unit 30. The state detection unit 30 performs analysis by measuring the sound of the bearing 27, and the determination unit 40 determines that the operation of the bearing is normal when a sound integrated value that is the analysis value of the state detection unit 30 is in a normal value range, and determines that the operation of the bearing is abnormal when the sound integrated value is in a warning value range.【課題】軸受の故障を未然に防ぐことができるＸ線ＣＴ装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検体ＰにＸ線を照射するＸ線管２１及び被検体Ｐを透過したＸ線を検出するＸ線検出器２２を保持する回転体２６と、回転体２６を回転可能に支持する軸受２７と、軸受２７の状態を検出する状態検出部３０と、状態検出部３０により検出された検出結果に基づいて軸受２７の状態を判定する判定部４０とを備え、状態検出部３０は軸受２７の音を測定して分析を行い、判定部４０は状態検出部３０の分析値である音積算値が正常値範囲である場合に軸受の動作が正常であると判定し、音積算値が警告値範囲である場合に軸受の動作が異常であると判定する。【選択図】 図１
