The pusher assembly 10 includes: a first pusher 6 having a distal portion connected to the gasket 42A； a second pusher 7 branching from the first pusher 6, extending distally, having a distal portion connected to the gasket 42B； and an operation section 8 which is provided on a proximal-side extension line of the first pusher 6 and is operated for the pushing operation.
