System for safe physiological perfusion fluid, comprising:- The perfusion fluid circuit (100, 1000) containing perfusion catheter (101), the perfusion tube (102, 1002) and the container (103, 1003) with a given perfusion product, administered to a patient through perfusion (V)- Means (200, 400) for collecting patient physiological fluid samples- A container (303, 3000, 4000) for sampling equipped with means (300) with fluid communication means (200, 400) for sampling- Means (700, 710, 720, 721) for analysis and comparison of the collected body fluid sample, and (810) of a given product- A means of fluid communication between the vehicle for analysis and the container for the collection of samples- Means (730, 731) for controlling the flow of product in the perfusion tube, wherein the means (700, 720) for analyzing and comparing is adapted to transfer means (730, 731) the control information stream (Ic) Comparing the collected physiological fluid (304) and sample the desired product (810).2. The system of claim 1, wherein the means (700, 720) for analyzing is arranged to control the means (730, 731), flow control, so that it blocks the flow of perfusion product, if the information (Ic) Comparison indicates that the perfusion fluid and physiological compatible product, and also permit perfusion of the product stream if the information (Ic) Comparison indicates that the perfusion fluid and physiological compatible product.3. The system of claim 1 or 2, comprising means (740, 741) for displaying information (Ic) Comparing the collected against physiological fluid (304) and sample the desired product (810).4. The system of claim 1, wherein the means (700, 720) for analyzing is arranged to control the means (730, 731), flow control, so that it automatically generates a perfusion product stream, if the physiological perfusion fluid and compatible product, and generates a flow of perfusion of the product, if the physiological fluid and perfusion products are incompatible
