PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist standing of a seating person by a light and portable tool, facilitate movement from a bed to a wheelchair, or seating from a wheelchair to a seat or lift in bath time, and save a labor of a device, not by designing the device as a special tool which is carried by a carer, but by achieving a standing assist performance to a daily life tool which is used by a helped person.SOLUTION: Traction bands are attached on side faces of a seating part, for facilitating raising up in a standing assist seating face.
