The invention discloses a dumpling forming device. The dumpling forming device includes a pair of sealing blocks, at least one pair of upper pressure pads, a pad operating unit, a slide block, and a pair of lower pressure pads. The sealing blocks are opposite to each other and are configured to perform slidable reciprocating motion. The upper pressure pads are arranged on the inner surface of the upper part of the sealing blocks and are configured to combine with the sealing blocks to perform slidable reciprocating motion to extrude the upper part of the skin filled with stuffings and to seal and form the skin. The pad operating unit is arranged in the sealing blocks, and the upper pressure pad is arranged at the tail end of the pad operating unit to be operated by the pad operating unit. The slide block is arranged on the inner surfaces of the sealing blocks to enable the side of the pad operating unit to be supported on the slide block. The lower pressure pads are arranged at eh lower parts of the slide block and the sealing blocks to perform slidable reciprocating motion and are configured to form the lower part of the skin while extruding the lower part of the skin.
