PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder discharge tool which can be easily operated with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A powder discharge tool 1 comprises: a discharge tool body 2 in which, an air feed/release chamber S is formed； an ambient air introduction valve 3b； an air release valve 4； and a needle body 6. The discharge tool body comprises: an ambient air introduction hole 22 for introducing ambient air to the air feed/release chamber； an air release hole 3d for releasing air in the air feed/release chamber； and a discharge cylinder 12 in which a capsule C which includes powder, is stored. An upper end opening of the discharge cylinder 12 serves as a discharge hole 30a of the powder. The ambient air introduction valve allows inflow of air into the air feed/release chamber through the ambient air introduction hole, and restricts outflow. The air release valve allows outflow of the air from the air feed/release chamber through the air release hole, and restricts inflow.
