The present invention relates to a method for forming a foley for a catheter in a catheter body which is inflatable by a fluid introduced from the outside, and the method comprises the following steps: extruding or ejecting a material which is a carbon nanotube polymer (CNT Polymer), in which CNT and zinc oxide (ZnO) are mixed, mixed with silicon to form a foley for a catheter and forming an insulating layer between the foley for a catheter and the catheter body, while the foley for a catheter is bonded to the catheter body, wherein the mixing ratio of the CNT polymer of the foley for a catheter is higher than the mixing ratio of the CNT polymer in the catheter body.
