PURPOSE: A photoresponsive vesicle containing a water soluble target material is provided to control release of the target material from the vesicle. CONSTITUTION: A photoresponsive vesicle contains a water soluble target material. The vesicle contains coumarin on the membrane and can control release of the water soluble target materials. The coumarin includes coumarin, 7-hydroxy coumarin, carboxyl coumarin, or acetoxy coumarin. An amphipathic molecule forming the vesicle is phosphatidylcholine or phosphatidylethanolamine. A method for preparing the vesicle comprises: a step of dissolving coumarin and amphipathic molecules in an organic solvent and forming a dry membrane of coumarin/amphipathic molecules; a step of adding a water soluble target material dissolved in an aqueous phase to the membrane and homogenizing; and a step of removing unloaded courmarin and target materials.본 발명은 수용성 목적물질을 내부에 수용하는 베시클로서 상기 베시클의 막에 쿠마린이 탑재되고 광 조사에 의하여 상기 수용성 목적물질의 방출을 조절할 수 있는 광 응답성 베시클을 개시한다.
