PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide analyzer using infrared rays, and a marine animal growing apparatus under the artificial acidifying condition using thereof are provided to form various acidifying conditions in the growing environment of marine animals. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide analyzer using infrared rays comprises the following: first and second processed gas generation units(21, 22) mixing gas supplied from a dilution gas generator(10) and a carbon dioxide supplier(60) to obtain first and second mixed gas having the predetermined carbon dioxide concentrations； first and third adsorption towers(71, 73) mixing each mixed gas with sea water supplied from a seawater supplier, and providing the first and second mixtures to a first water tank(91) and a third water tank(93), respectively； second and fourth adsorption towers(72, 74) mixing each mixed gas with another mixed gas having the predetermined carbon dioxide concentration, and mixing the obtained mixtures with the sea water before providing the mixture to a second water tank(92) and a fourth water tank(94)； a fifth adsorption tower(75) receiving diluted gas from a gas supplier, and mixing with the sea water before provided to a fifth water tank(95)； a balancer mixing the seawater with air to obtain the vapor-liquid equilibrium, and transferring the mixture to a carbon dioxide analyzing unit(50)； and the carbon dioxide analyzing unit measuring the carbon dioxide concentration of every mixed gas and balanced air..본 발명에 따른 인공 산성화 조건에 따른 해양 생물 사육 장치는 서로 다른 이산화탄소 농도를 갖는 최소한 하나 이상의 혼합 가스를 생성하는 조제가스 생성부； 상기 조제가스 생성부로부터 생성된 혼합 가스를 유입시켜 해수 공급부로부터 공급된 해수와 혼합하여 해양 생물이 사육되는 수조로 공급하는 흡수탑； 상기 흡수탑에서 배출되는 혼합 가스를 회수하여 이산화탄소 농도를 측정하는 이산화탄소 분석부； 및 상기 해수 공급부로부터 공급되는 해수와 대기를 혼합하여 기액 평형을 만들어 평형을 이룬 기체를 상기 이산화탄소 분석부로 보내는 평형기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
