PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle locking device of a lawn-mower in which a tightening amount between a bolt-shaped member and a nut-shaped member can be made constant.SOLUTION: An electric lawn-mower includes a first handle member 30 provided in a lawn-mower body and a second handle member 32 connected to the first handle member 30 in a foldable and expandable manner. A handle locking device 36 includes a bolt-shaped member 53 and a nut-shaped member 55 for turnably connecting both handle members 30,32, and a lever-shaped member 57 turnably connected to the nut-shaped member 55 through a spring pin 74. A fixed state for tightening and holding both handle members 30, 32, and a locking release state for releasing the holding, are switched between the bolt-shaped member 53 and the lever-shaped member 57, by the turning operation of the lever-shaped member 57.
