The invention relates to a process for complex exploitation of beneficial active ingredients from vegetable material deriving from plants containing allergens and/or toxic compounds such as the plants of the genus Aloe or species Phytolacca americana, used for dietary supplements or cosmetic products/cosmoceuticals. According to the invention, the process consists of the following steps: extracting the vegetable material with a hydroalcoholic solution consisting of 40...46% ethanol and 60...54% water for 10 days, separating the vegetable waste material from the hydroalcoholic extract, calcining the vegetable waste material which was separated during the extraction, at a temperature of 800...1000°C, soaking the ash resulting from the vegetable material extracted with the hydroalcoholic extract for 24 h at a temperature of 20...25°C, separating by filtration the hydroalcoholic extract containing ash microelements chelated in polyphenols and possibly supplementing the extract with zinc by adding insoluble zinc oxide in a ZnO to ash macerate-containing hydroalcoholic extract ratio of 0.1...0.17 to 92.5...93.5, stirring for 4 h at a temperature of 20...25°C and separating the unreacted ZnO in excess by centrifuging at 4000 x g.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de valorificare complexă a ingredientelor active benefice, din material vegetal provenit de la plante care conţin alergeni şi/sau compuşi toxici, cum sunt cele din genulsau din specia, utilizabile ca suplimente alimentare sau pentru produse cosmetice/cosmoceutice.
