The present invention relates to a device for removing bubbles generated in a process of collecting raw milk, and a milk collection system using the same, and, more specifically, is achieved by a bubble removing device comprising: a main body having an inner space in which raw milk is accommodated, and a discharge part provided at a lower part thereof a bubble removing part which is penetratingly provided at an upper end of the main body in the center of the inside of the main body while being connected to the discharge part, and discharges the bubbles included in the raw milk to the outside of the main body an inflow part provided inside the main body by penetrating one side of the main body, and through which the raw milk is poured into the main body a bubble reducing part which is arranged at a lower part of the inflow part such that a plurality of blades are provided to the periphery of the bubble removing part, and reduces the bubbles generated when the raw milk, which flows into the main body, falls and collides and a guide part which is provided to the periphery of the bubble removing part at a lower part of the bubble reducing part, and guides the raw milk, which has passed through the bubble reducing part, to an inner wall side on the periphery of the main body.
