A liquid diffusion device mainly includes a liquid storage container, a core and a diffusion sheet. The liquid storage container can be a single container or include an inner container and an outer container for storing liquid substance like perfume essential oil or alcohol fuel, etc. The core can be an independent cotton core or integrally formed to the lower end of the diffusion sheet for contacting the liquid substance in the liquid storage container. This invention is characterized in that the diffusion sheet is made of an artificial porous material. A glass sand core formed by microporous sintering or a metal element pressed and sintered by powder metallurgy is spectifically selected for contact or integrally extended to form a core.
