The present invention discloses a mouse which is used to measure physiological parameters. The mouse includes a housing, a light source, a data processing unit, and a display module. The housing defines a hole. The light can shoot to users through the hole. The data processing unit includes an infrared phototube and a data processing module. The infrared phototube is used to collected the light reflected by the users and generate a analog signal of heart rate. The data processing module is used to receive the analog signal and then to get the heart rate. The display module is electronically connected to the data processing unit to show the heart rate.
