The present invention relates to a method of processing MRI data by using a signal obtained by an MRI apparatus using a first and a second coil which are distinguished from each other. The method comprises the steps of: determining a first K-space data consisting of N phase-encoding lines determined by first and second phase-encoding lines； generating a first image having a first FOV by using the first K space data； determining a second K space data consisting of a K third phase-encoding lines by obtaining the K third phase-encoding lines having step sizes corresponding to the K first phase-encoding lines by using a second signal received from a second coil； and acquiring a second image having a second FOV by using the second K space data. The present invention can improve SNR of a surgical site.서로 구분되는 제1코일 및 제2코일을 이용하는 MRI 장치가 획득한 신호를 이용하여 MRI 데이터를 처리하는 방법으로서, 제1위상-인코딩 라인들과 제2위상-인코딩 라인들에 의해 결정된 N개의 위상-인코딩 라인들로 이루어지는 제1K스페이스 데이터를 결정하는 단계, 상기 제1K스페이스 데이터를 이용하여 제1FOV를 갖는 제1이미지를 생성하는 단계, 상기 K개의 제1위상-인코딩 라인들에 대응하는 스텝크기들을 갖는 K개의 제3위상-인코딩 라인들을 상기 제2코일에서 수신한 제2신호를 이용하여 획득하여, 상기 K개의 제3위상-인코딩 라인들로 이루어지는 제2K스페이스 데이터를 결정하는 단계, 상기 제2K스페이스 데이터를 이용하여 제2FOV를 갖는 제2이미지를 획득하는 단계를 포함하는, MRI 데이터 처리방법을 공개한다.
