A feeder for goat or sheep according to the present invention comprises a pair of first boards which gets close to each other while facing each other, a pair of second boards which connect the side of the pair of first boards, and a feed supply part which connects to the bottom of the first boards and the second boards, accommodates feed supplied along an internal spaced formed by the first boards and the second boards and supplies feed through an open part which is opened to the outside of the first boards while being separated from the first boards.
