PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition capable of improving water repellency and slippage over a long term, and a wet area member and a functional panel using the photocurable resin composition.SOLUTION: The photocurable resin composition includes: a dimethyl silicone (meth)acrylate oligomer (A) prepared by using a polysiloxane diol (a) with the number average molecular weight of 700-40,000 and a (meth)acrylate monomer (b) having a functional group, which can react with a hydroxyl group, at the end; a photopolymerizable oligomer (B) and/or a photopolymerizable monomer (C) copolymerizable with the dimethyl silicone (meth)acrylate oligomer (A); and a photoinitiator (D).
