Additionallly, the invention relates to in vitromethods for the identificationor isolation of a malignant cell from a haematological malignancy or for diagnosing a haematological malignancy based on detecting the expression of type 1 5-HTR and/or type 2 5-HTR.Furthermore, the invention relates to in vitromethods for determining the prognosis, for monitoring the effect of a therapy or for designing a customized therapy in a subject suffering from a haematological malignancy based on determining the levels of type1 5-HTRand/or type 2 5-HTR.L'invention concerne un inhibiteur du récepteur de la sérotonine (5-HTR) choisi dans le groupe consistant en un inhibiteur du 5-HTR de type 1 et un inhibiteur du 5-HTR de type 2 pour utilisation dans la prévention et/ou le traitement d'une tumeur maligne hématologique. De plus, l'invention concerne des procédés in vitro pour l'identification ou l'isolement d'une cellule maligne à partir d'une tumeur maligne hématologique et pour le diagnostic d'une tumeur maligne hématologique, sur la base de la détection de l'expression du 5-HTR de type 1 et/ou du 5-HTR de type 2. En outre, l'invention concerne des procédés in vitro pour déterminer le pronostic, pour surveiller l'effet d'un traitement ou pour concevoir un traitement personnalisé chez un sujet souffrant d'une tumeur maligne hématologique, sur la base de la détermination des niveaux de 5-HTR de type 1 et/ou de 5-HTR de type 2.
