PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping sheet whose covering film is resistant to wrinkling and a rod-like wrapped rice lump produced by wrapping a rod-like rice lump with the wrapping sheet.SOLUTION: A wrapping sheet consists of sandwiching a sheet-like food 5 between the inner surface of a rectangular outer film 2 and the inner surface of an inner film 3, and a covering film 4 which has flash parts 42 and 42 at both ends so as to be perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the outer film 2 is heat-fused with the outer surface of the inner film 3. The flash parts 42 and 42 of the covering film 4 covers end surfaces 72 and 74 of a rod-like rice lump 7, and the outer surface of the inner film 3 is wound around the rod-like rice lump 7 for wrapping.
