The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating peyronie′s disease comprising a histone deacetylase 7 (HDAC7) inhibitor as an active ingredient. The HDAC7 inhibitor according to the present invention reduces fibrosis lesion of tunica albuginea testis, and regulates cell cycle by inhibiting the expression of HDAC7 in fibroblasts. By inhibiting the differentiation from fibroblasts to myofibroblasts, the synthesis of extracellular matrix is reduced and an effect of inhibiting tissue fibrosis is excellent, and thus the inhibitor can be usefully used for preventing or treating the peyronie′s disease.본 발명은 HDAC7의 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 페이로니병의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 HDAC7의 억제제는 음경백막의 섬유화 병변을 감소시키고, 섬유모세포 내 HDAC7의 발현을 억제하여 세포주기를 조절하고, 섬유모세포에서 근섬유모세포로의 분화를 억제함으로써 세포외기질의 합성을 감소시켜 조직섬유화를 억제시키는 효과가 우수하여, 페이로니병의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
