PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device which supports the implementation of an action for reducing a sense of discomfort and the continuation thereof.SOLUTION: The information processing device comprises: a communication interface 140 which receives biological data on a user； a memory 150 in which the biological data is recorded； and a processor 120 which determines a type of feeling exhibited by a user in a specific period on the basis of feeling generated in the user by using the biological data. The processor 120 estimates an event occurring on the user in the specific period, and records, in a database, feeling history information in which the specific period, feeling type information showing the type of feeling, and event information showing the event are associated with one another.
