PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rearing insects that provides a rearing environment closer to the natural environment and enables feed to be changed easily.SOLUTION: The device 20 for rearing insects has a through hole 22 formed sideways from the top of a natural tree 21 cut in a predetermined length and uses the through hole 22 to give liquid or gel-like feed to the insects reared. The device includes a flexible guide tube 23 having a smooth inner peripheral surface and inserted into and secured to the through hole 22, and a flexible cartridge 24 that can be moved into and out of the guide tube 23 for supplying feed from a feed opening 24b at the bottom when feed is put in from a slot 24a at the top. A plug 25 through which the feed in the cartridge 24 can be infiltrated to the outside from the feed opening 24b is mounted in the feed opening 24b, and a hollow 26 is formed in the peripheral surface of the natural tree 21.
