The present invention relates to a method for decellularization of tracheal mucosal tissue and an artificial tracheal mucosa sheet prepared through the same. In the organ mucosal tissue decellularization method of the present invention, the whole organ tissue is frozen and thawed to physically separate only the tracheal mucosa from which cartilage is removed, and a solution containing disodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide is rapidly treated. It is possible to minimize the damage to the extracellular matrix while removing the cells of the organ mucosal tissue can be useful in the reconstruction treatment for organ partial defects.본 발명은 기관점막 조직의 탈세포화 방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 인공 기관 점막시트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 기관 점막 조직 탈세포화 방법은 기관 전체 조직을 동결 후 해동하여 연골이 제거된 기관 점막 조직만을 물리적으로 분리하고, 디소듐 카보네이트 (Disodium carbonate) 및 과산화수소를 포함하는 용액을 처리하여 빠른 시간 내에 기관 점막 조직의 세포를 제거하면서도 세포외 기질의 손상을 최소화할 수 있어 기관 부분 결손에 대한 재건 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
