A computerized system provides assistance for placement of localization markers for medical operations such as ACL repair procedures. The system displays, on a graphical user interface, an image of an anatomical structure and allows identification, via an input device on the graphical user interface, of a set of landmark locations identifying respective anatomical positions within the displayed image of the anatomical structure. The system displays a graphical overlay over the image of the anatomical structure. Placement of the graphical overlay is based on the set of landmark locations. The system displays at least one localization marker within the graphical overlay. The localization marker(s) identify a location for performing a surgical operation associated with the anatomical structure, such as ACL repair surgical operations.La présente invention concerne un système informatisé d'aide à la pose de marqueurs de localisation, destiné à des opérations médicales telles que des interventions de réparation du LCA (Ligament Croisé Antérieur). Sur une interface utilisateur graphique, le système affiche une image d'une structure d'identification, puis, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'entrée de l'interface utilisateur graphique, il permet l'identification d'un ensemble d'emplacements repères identifiant les différentes positions anatomiques dans l'image affichée de la structure anatomique. Le système superpose une surimpression graphique sur l'image de la structure anatomique. La mise en place de la surimpression graphique est basée sur l'ensemble des emplacements repères. Le système affiche au moins un marqueur de localisation à l'intérieur de la surimpression graphique. Les marqueurs de localisation considérés identifient un emplacement destiné à une intervention chirurgicale associée à la structure anatomique, telle que les interventions chirurgicales de réparation du LCA.
