The present invention relates to a fragrance composition, including a) a polymer or a thermally modified substance thereof and b) a fragrance component, wherein the fragrance component is enclosed in the polymer or the thermally modified substance thereof； and a variety of preparation methods thereof. According to the present invention, by using the polymer as a coating material, the release of the perfume component in the diffusion permeation method has been controlled, and finally, the result obtained in the solid phase maximizes the persistence of the fragrance. Moreover, the invention technology established through the study can be applied to various expensive fragrances to improve the product value.본 발명은 a) 고분자 또는 이의 열 변성체, 및 b) 향료 성분을 포함하고, 상기 향료 성분은 상기 고분자 또는 이의 열 변성체에 포접되어 있는 향료 조성물 및 이의 다양한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 고분자를 피막 물질로 활용함으로써 향료 성분의 확산 투과 방식의 방출을 제어하였으며, 최종적으로 고체상으로 얻어지는 결과물은 향의 지속성이 극대화되며 본 연구를 통해서 확립한 발명 기술을 다양한 고가의 향료에 적용하여 상품 가치를 개량한 제품의 개발을 도모할 수 있다.
