PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely immerse a filling material inside a container in body fluid and to perform delivery without separating the mixture of the filling material and the body fluid.

SOLUTION: The delivery device 1 for filling material comprises an outer cylinder 2 in a straight tube shape opened at both ends for housing a porous anaplerosis material, a connector 3 detachably attached to one end of the outer cylinder 2 for tightly sealing an opening 2a at the one end, and a plunger 4 inserted into the outer cylinder from an opening 2b at the other end of the outer cylinder 2. While the connector 3 has an injection port 3b for injecting fluid into the outer cylinder 2, the plunger 4 has a through-hole 4d formed along the longitudinal direction from one end face arranged inside the outer cylinder 2, and a filter 10 for inhibiting the advance to the through-hole 4d of the filling material inside the outer cylinder 2 and permitting the distribution of fluid is arranged at the opening arranged inside the outer cylinder 2 of the through-hole 4d.
